Sean Dalesandro
Principal
Sean has 20 years of cumulative real estate experience ranging from ground-up development to public market bond offerings. As Managing Principal at Osprey, Sean is responsible for directing the company’s investment strategy and managing all aspects of the company’s acquisition and development processes. Prior to forming Osprey, Sean was a partner at a Southern California apartment development company where he was responsible for land acquisition and development of institutional “Class A” apartments. During the real estate market downturn, Sean formed Parallel Real Estate Advisors, a capital markets consulting and advisory firm. During his tenure there, Sean was the lead consultant on nearly a billion dollars of hotel and condo projects in Miami and Los Angeles, and regularly consulted for publicly traded financial and private equity firms.
Before venturing out on his own, Sean was a Vice President of a well-known, bulge-bracket investment bank where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating complex debt and capital market instruments for the bank’s largest publicly traded and private real estate clients. Sean began his career in banking where he completed the Global Corporate and Investment Banking’s formal analysis and credit training program. Sean attended the University of Florida on an academic scholarship and graduated with a dual degree in Chemistry and Business/Finance.

Vamsi Bonthala
CEO and Co-Founder, Arbor Lodging Partners
Vamsi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Arbor Lodging Partners, a fully integrated acquisition, management and development firm for full-service and focused-service hotels, which currently owns and manages over 1,000 hotel rooms in the United States. Vamsi has been a speaker at multiple industry events, is a member of the President’s Circle of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and is member of the Turnaround Management Association and a previous Ambassador of the IHG Owners Association. Prior to forming Arbor Lodging Partners, Vamsi practiced corporate law at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he focused on private equity transactions, leveraged buyout transactions, recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions and fund formations. Vamsi received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan, where he received Class Honors and University Honors. Vamsi received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law, and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
David Cotterman
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Drake Real Estate Partners
David is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Drake Real Estate Partners, a world-class real estate investment and asset management firm based in New York. David is responsible for creating the fund’s investment strategy and leading all fund acquisition activities. Previous to founding Drake, David was a principal with MSD Capital Real Estate Group (Michael Dell’s investment firm), where he managed all aspects of the acquisitions and asset management processes for the firm. David graduated cum laude with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jeremy Dann
Professor, University of Southern California Marshall School of Business
Jeremy is an adjunct professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and is responsible for leading the case development initiative for the Grief Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. Jeremy has served as an innovation consultant with Daimler-Benz, Levi Strauss, Spalding, Lockheed Martin, Guidant and General Electric. Jeremy launched Harvard Business School Publishing’s Strategy & Innovation periodical, authored over 20 case studies used in MBA instruction around the world and led innovation mini-courses and seminars at Princeton University, University of California-Berkeley, The Sorbonne in Paris and CESA in Bogota, Columbia. Prior to his involvement as a professor, Jeremy spent several years as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and served as the Manager of Sponsorship Development for the Atlanta Olympic Games. Jeremy graduated from Harvard University, with honors, in Government and East Asian Studies and received his MBA, with distinction, from the Harvard Business School.
