Dustin Dunham
Director of Acquisitions
Dustin Dunham joined the Osprey Real Estate Capital team as Director of Acquisitions in 2021. At Osprey, Dustin is responsible for sourcing and underwriting hospitality, retail, multifamily and self-storage investments.
Prior to joining Osprey, Dustin served as a Senior Associate at The Luzzatto Company Inc., a Los Angeles-based creative office developer. His responsibilities included sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, overseeing development, securing debt financings, and overseeing asset management.
Prior to the Luzzatto Company Inc., Dustin was a Senior Associate at NetSTREIT (NYSE: NTST), a single-tenant net-lease REIT in Dallas, Texas, where he helped lead its turnaround and eventual IPO. Prior to attending business school, he held investment roles at Mercer Street Partners, Tolleson Wealth Management, and the Investment Bank at JP Morgan.
Dustin earned a B.A. in Political Science from Baylor University and a Master of Real Estate Finance from Cornell University.

Courtney Selma
Director of Operations & Asset Managment
Courtney joined the Osprey Real Estate Capital team as Director of Operations and Asset Management in 2019 and has become an integral part of the firm. Courtney's broad array of responsibilities reflects her versatile skill set and unparalleled commitment to the firm. She oversees retail property management, manages day-to-day operations, coordinates construction projects, and is responsible for maintaining the company's financial integrity through accounting for and managing Osprey’s numerous assets. Her energy and creativity also come into play as she plans company events and parties, and her proficiency in client communication further underscores her multifaceted role.

Before joining Osprey, Courtney was a part of the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Assurance team in Los Angeles. She spent two years at PwC, leveraging her economic knowledge and professional acumen to excel in her role. In the summer of 2015, Courtney got her first taste of PwC as an intern in New York. This experience exposed her to the real-world intricacies of economics, igniting a professional journey that she continues to walk.
Courtney attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2016. During her time there, she was a dedicated member of the Gamma Beta chapter of Alpha Phi and received recognition for her academic excellence as a Dean's Honors recipient.
